I was staring at the calendar when I suddenly realized that it was 2020. I looked around and saw that everything had changed. When I directed my gaze at the television it suddenly came to life and a man came out and said, “Hi! I am Bond, Hrithik Bond.” Apparently Indians had started using American titles.
After such a dramatic morning as I ventured out I wondered what more was in store for me. I saw a man pressing the button of a car. It suddenly zoomed ahead, killing everyone in its way. Then a doctor came and patted the heads of the people who had died.
Bingo! They all came to life.
It was so wonderful to see the power of medicine.
Then suddenly I heard my mother calling my name. I thought how come my mother is in 2020 when I just saw her an hour ago in 2006. I got confused. Then the riddle was finally solved. I realized that I had been dreaming.
My crazy dream, however, taught me a lesson:
Science can be both a blessing as well as a curse – it depends on how man uses it.
