The dictionary
by Lilian Sanket

It was a hot day. I felt like playing some games with my friends... But, unfortunately... It was the starting of Term 1 in my school.

I was to pick up all my school books that day. But at the time my grandfather returned from his morning walk. He accompanied me till the school and then offered to buy all my books and bring me back. I felt happy and sat on the bench. My grandfather bought all the books and was coming back when the person said '' Sir, you have left the dictionary in the chair'' My grandfather replied ''I have a dictionary in my own house'' When the person increased his volume and said ''Its in the school list'' my grandfather already tired because of the rush, started slapping the shopkeeper. Someone came and stopped my grandfather. He angrily left the shop, paying 30 Rs/ left with the dictionary...This spread around the class somehow, how?

Well, the person who stopped my grandfather was my friends father!!!
